The Quality by Quadrille Program was developed in response to the needs of our guests who more and more frequently come back to us and are pleased when recognized by our personnel. They begin their stay in Quadrille long before they arrive and do not complete their stay immediately after they leave; one simply becomes the other – the farewell is an introduction to plan another visit.


We care for extending and strengthening this experience through building close relations with our guests, e.g. by sending quarterly newsletter with the latest hotel offers, current events and other dedicated services. It is addressed only to those who express their wish to learn more from us, follow our activities and become part of the Quadrille world.


We want to inspire, interest, and help to plan subsequent visits so that they are exquisite in the spirit of Relais & Châteaux Delicious Journeys. We have so little free time, so let us have the holidays our heart desires!

Such approach provides more flexibility through more favourable terms of cancellation and modification of bookings, as well as unlimited customization of our offer. Moreover, one cannot disregard the option to extend the stay already upon booking to include additional services provided by the hotel and plan some attractions together with our concierge.
